How does it work?
You don't have to do anything differently.
Once you enroll, we do all the legwork. In the future, we'll just ask you to send us an email 3-5 days prior to the release of each new issue so we can make sure it's available immediately.
We can even help you place our customized widgets on your website to display your journal archives and latest issue.
Who can enroll?
Any English-language student journal that meets our quality and editorial guidelines may request enrollment in JournalQuest.
After we approve your journal, we'll have you setup in about a week.
How will your journal benefit?
Is it free?
Inclusion in JournalQuest is FREE.
There is no cost to your journal now or in the future. We believe in true open access, which means there are no economic barriers to inclusion now and we won't introduce them in the future.
How do we enroll?
We've streamlined the journal enrollment process to make it as simple as possible to get going. Simply use our enrollment form to start -- and finish -- the enrollment process in about 2-minutes.
That's it. We will then get started indexing your issues and archives, and only contact you if we run into any problems or concerns along the way.
Is Participation in JournalQuest Free?
Participation in JournalQuest is free and includes the conversion of your existing digital archives into a web friendly format stored in our databases.
The features and benefits available to free and fee-paying members are the same. Switch between a paid or free enrollment at any time.
Any advertisements that are displayed are done so in a minimally intrusive way and we only work with high-quality, recognized ad partners.
Furthermore, we will never display advertisements on your journal homepage, archives, or within widgets that you place on your own website.
To the editor:
The page you're about to view was prepared for you, and in particular, for the journal you help mange:
Right now this page is available on an invite-only basis. We invited you because we want you to learn about the pilot program we're launching, called JournalQuest.
This program is designed to compile the work of university journals such as yours into a free, full-text database that will dramatically increase readership and dissemination of student scholarship.
Thanks for taking the time to read through the information on the following pages. I hope that we can work together to get your journal in front of new eyes. If you have any questions at all, don't hesitate to email me directly.
